While Annotably is in beta, the whole app is free for your team — upload drawings, drop pins, track issues, export your punch list. You're helping us shape it, so you get to use all of it at no cost.
Free forever for guests
The clients and subs you invite join as guests — they can view the drawing set and join the comment thread without a paid seat. That won't change after beta. You only pay for the people on your team who actually mark up drawings.
And the honest part: paid plans come later
We're not going to pretend a free beta lasts forever. When we launch paid plans, Pro will start around $12/seat/mo — still well below a Bluebeam seat. Teams who join early get a founder deal: 50% off, for life, for the first 100 firms to sign up.
So “free” today is real, and it's the best time to start — but it's a beta, not a permanent free tier for paying seats. We'd rather you knew that going in. The guest part, though, stays free for good.

What about takeoff and estimating?
