Is Annotably really free right now?
Yes — Annotably is free for everyone while we're in beta. No credit card, nothing to pay. The plans on this page are what paid will look like when we open it up. Join now and you'll get plenty of notice before anything becomes paid — and early teams lock in founder pricing.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is a member of your firm — someone who creates projects, drops pins, assigns issues, and marks them resolved. You pay per seat on a paid plan. Guests you invite (clients, consultants, subs) don't take a seat and are always free.
Are guests really free?
Yes. Invite clients, consultants, and subcontractors to view drawings and join the conversation at no charge. The whole point is to bring in the people who'll actually fix things — not just the ones you could afford to license.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. There's no card and nothing to pay while we're in beta. Upload a PDF, drop a pin, invite your team, and see whether it sticks on a real project first.
